400 ml freshly squeezed orange juice (about 8 oranges)
250 ml double cream
250 ml whole milk
50 grams granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
100 gr chopped Jaffa Cakes
100 gr dark chocolate

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the Jaffa cakes and chocolate. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator until completely cold. Pour the chilled mixture in your ice-cream maker and process it according to the manufacturer's instructions. In the meantime, finely chop the dark chocolate and Jaffa cakes. When the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and fold in finely Jaffa cakes and dark chocolate. Store in the freezer for a few hours, then serve with a topping of your choice.
Note: Bear in mind that it will not be perfectly creamy.
