300 grams cottage cheese
75 ml vegetable oil (5 tablespoons)
300 ml milk
250 grams flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
Cream together the cheese and the eggs, beating on high for a couple of minutes. Add the oil and blend well. Sift the flour with the baking powder, and add it to the cheese batter, alternating with milk, in a couple of additions. Lightly grease a baking pan (23x30 cm; 9x12"), and line it with baking paper. Pour in the batter, level the top and bake in a preheated oven, at 200˚C (395˚F), for 35-40 minutes (mine was done after 38 minutes). Let it cool slightly, then serve with sour cream, ajvar and a salad of your choice.
