OAT BRAN BUNS

Ingredients:
120 grams oat bran
300 grams cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder


Grind the oat bran in a blender to make it more flour-like, then mix it well with the baking powder and set aside. Mash the cheese with a fork (or beat it with an electric mixer), salt it to taste, add the eggs and then whisk everything up until well combined. Add the ground oat bran and form a dough. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven, at 180˚C, for about 20 minutes. Original.
