200 grams bananas
200 ml plain yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules (Nescafé)
Put the bananas in a blender, pour over the yogurt, and let the blender puree them for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle the cocoa and coffee in, then blend for 30 seconds more. Chill well, pour into two tall glasses and serve with softly whipped heavy cream.
