MINI CHEESY SNACKS

Ingredients:
250 grams of cottage cheese
250 grams of butter
300 grams of flour
salt to taste


Beat the softened butter with the cheese, and then, gradually adding the flour knead the dough until soft, pliable and not sticking to your hands. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick, and make small, round dough patties with a mold (4 cm in diameter), and arrange them in the prepared pan. If desired, brush them with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds or caraway. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C, for about 15 minutes or so, until golden.

  1. Ovo je bajbolji odnosi sastojaka za ovakve pogačice. JEla sam ih negde i sa biberom. Odlične grickalice!

  2. Meni su ovako bez bibera dobre, jer ako uzmes mladi sir i ne stavis mnogo soli, mogu i u slanoj i u slatkoj varijanti da se jedu :))
    Uz ajvar ili uz džem :)

  4. Ovo je jako fin receptic za ukusne pogacice i bas si ih lepo napravila...nekada dodam ravnu kasicicu praska za pecivo, a testo ostavim preko noci u frizideru, pa kad se ispeku budu poput lisnatog testa, nekako pufnaste!:)))

  5. super pogačice ! slično sam isprobavala ali ovdje mi se sviđaju omjeri sastojaka i što ima dosta sira. Jako dobro izgledaju !

  8. Da li je moguće da sam ovo propustila i da tek sad dolazim do tebe??? Au, ovakve pogačice a ja ih nisam spazila. Ma, koji sam ja bloger, pih!
