CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients:
120 grams chocolate
110 grams butter
200 grams sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons coffee extract
2 eggs
6 tablespoons plain flour


Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, remove from heat, and stir in the sugar. Then whisk in the vanilla and coffee extracts and two eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. In the end, stir in the flour. Pour into the prepared pan (8x12 inch) and bake, in a preheated oven, on 170°C, for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack to room temperature. Decorate to your liking and serve with Ganache, whipped cream or ice cream.

  3. Ma nema, ovde nema nista od Dr. Oetker, ali javicu mojima da ponesu koju bocicu kad budu dolazili :)

  4. Ovo su ubedljivo najbolji brownies koje sam ikada probala. A tako se jednostavno prave! Jedina izmena koju sam napravila je sto sam u nedostatku arome kafe stavila dve male kasikice jakog espresa. Ponavljam sigurno!
