NO BAKE COFFEE ROULADE

Ingredients:
For the roulade
300 grams ground digestive biscuits
100 grams sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
150-200 ml strong black coffee
For the filling
150 grams butter
100 grams of powdered sugar


For the roulade, in a large bowl, whisk the ground biscuits, sugar, cocoa powder, and then, slowly adding the coffee knead until the mixture no longer sticks to the hands. Roll it about ¼ –inch thick on a foil or baking paper and leave it to set (not in the fridge). For the filling, beat the butter with the sugar until light and creamy. Spread this batter over the rolled out biscuit dough and roll it up into a roulade. Leave the roulade for a few hours in the fridge to set, and then just before serving cut into slices. Original.

  2. Uh, sve pod konac, bravo za fotku...rolatic na crnoj podlozi izgleda fantasticno!;))) meni je najlepsi kad se gricka tako polurashladjen, dok se opusti sasvim, onda je bas ono pravo...sedi, pet!;))))
