KAISER ROLLS

Ingredients:
700 gr all purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
35 gr fresh yeast
2 eggs
300 ml warm milk
100 ml oil
sesame seeds

Add the yeast to about 50 ml of warm milk, then sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour, cover and leave in a warm place to let the yeast activate. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, one egg, oil, the rest of the milk and the activated yeast and knead until a soft dough forms. Cover it with plastic and leave it in a warm place for about an hour, to rise.
Divide the risen dough into nine parts and shape into balls. Place them into the prepared pan, and leave them about 30 minutes, to rise some more. Brush the dough balls before baking with and egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 25 minutes. Serve warm. Original.
