100 grams of hazelnut wafer cookies
150 grams roasted hazelnuts
200 grams Nutella
150 grams dark chocolate
3 tablespoons oil

Chop the hazelnuts finely and roughly crush the wafer cookies. Add the hazelnuts and the wafer cookies to Nutella, and stir well to combine. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, to chill, and then take one teaspoon of the mix and shape it into balls, then leave them in the fridge for an hour to cool. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a double boiler, dip in the chilled balls and place them on a wire rack to set. Original.
