MEATLOAF

Ingredients:
500 grams lean ground meat
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mustard
2 small eggs
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
75 grams breadcrumbs
100 grams bacon
salt and pepper to taste


Finely chop onion and garlic cloves, and add that to the ground meat. In another bowl, mix eggs, mustard, parsley, cayenne and ketchup, then add it to meat and stir well. Grease a baking dish well with butter, and bake in preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes. Cover the meat with a piece of foil if it browns too quickly. After 30 minutes, flip over the loaf and cover the meat with thin slices of bacon, and bake for about 30 more minutes, until the bacon is crisp. Serve warm with a salad of your choice. Original.

  3. Lepo si je napravila, uz neki prilog eto finog rucka...ovo je jos jedan od razloga zasto volim da se "motam" po nasim blogovima, uvek se nadje lepa ideja i odgovor na pitanje "sta sutra da kuvam"!;))) pozzz

    Preliv sam pravila od 1 kašike senfa i 2 kašike kečapa :) samo dobro promešaš i to je to :)
    Uz meso i krastavčiće bude baš ukusno :)
