PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Ingredients:
100 grams granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
120 grams plain flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
120 ml milk
50 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
120 ml boiling water

Adapted from the Hershey's Cocoa tin.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt, add both sugars and whisk well with a wire whisk. In another bowl, measure the milk and oil, add the egg and pour that over the flour and cocoa mixture. Stir well to combine. To that batter slowly add the boiling water, a bit at a time whisking constantly. Keep whisking for about 2 minutes more. Pour the batter right away in muffin cases (4 tablespoons per muffin case) and bake, in a preheated oven, at 180°C, for about 20 minutes.

  1. Kod tebe uvek nesto fino i cokoladno, super su jer se brzo naprave a lepo ih grickati ujutru za dorucak uz belu kafu...ma, moze i za veceru (ako neki preostane do tada;)).

  2. Ono što je mene naročito oduševilo kod njih jeste što se nigde nisu zalepili, ni za korpice čak :))
    Plus što je ovakva masa dobra i za korice za tortu, to moram da isprobam uskoro :)
