HOT DOG MUFFINS

Ingredients:
4 hot dogs
2 eggs
200 ml sour cream
200 ml yogurt
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
250 grams of flour
10 grams of baking powder


Cook the hot dogs and chop them up. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, add sour cream, yogurt and oil. Sift the flour with baking powder, and add it to the egg batter. Gently stir in the hot dog slices into the batter, pour it into the molds and bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for about 20-25 minutes (check for doneness after 20 minutes).
