EXPRESS NUTELLA TRUFFLES

Ingredients:
200 grams softened butter
200 grams Nutella
150 grams icing sugar
150 grams Granny smith apples (peeled and cored)
300 grams cocoa cookie crumbs
2 levelled tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon


Peel and core the apples, grate them, and let them drain on paper towels. Beat the softened butter with Nutella until creamy, then add the sifted icing sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla and cinnamon and combine well. Add half of the cookie crumbs and the apples and beat on high until well blended, then add the rest of the cookie crumbs and mix. Put the batter in the fridge for 10 minutes, then take out tablespoons of the batter and form the truffles (yields 40 truffles). Roll the truffles in powdered chocolate or unsweetened cocoa, chill them for another 10 minutes and serve. © Tina Vesić
BRZE NUTELLA KUGLICE

Sastojci:
200 gr maslaca
200 gr Nutelle
150 gr prah šećera
150 gr Granny smith jabuka (očišćenih)
300 gr mlevenog kakao keksa
2 ravne kašike nezaslađenog kakao praha
1 kašičica vanile
¼ kašičice cimeta

Jabuke oljuštiti i narendati, pa ih ostaviti da se dobro ocede. Omekšali maslac penasto umutiti sa Nutellom, dodati prosejani prah šećer, kakao, vanilu i cimet i dobro sjediniti. Tome dodati polovinu mlevenog keksa i jabuke i dobro umutiti mikserom, a zatim dodati drugu polovinu keksa i mutiti dok se masa potpuno ne ujednači. Ostaviti 10 minuta u frižideru, pa kašikom zahvatati masu i praviti loptice (dobije se 40). Kuglice uvaljati u čokoladu u prahu ili kakao, ostaviti u frižideru još 10 minuta i služiti. © Tina Vesić

  3. Bas lepa fotkica, zanimljiv mi je dodatak jabuka, ako ih budem jos malo gledala, mislim da ce mi ruka samo poci ka ekranu.:)))
