CHOCO – APPLE SQUARES

Sastojci:
150 gr rendane jabuke
10 gr nezaslađenog kakao praha (2 ravne kašike)
2 kašike meda
1 kašičica vanile
1 kašičica soka limuna
½ kašičice cimeta
1 jaje
80 gr brašna
1 kašičica praška za pecivo


Jabuku srednje veličine oljuštiti i narendati, da se dobije 150 gr rendane jabuke. Dodati sok od limuna, vanilu i cimet, pa dobro promešati. Dodati med, dobro sjediniti, pa dodati celo jaje i dobro umutiti varjačom. Brašno prosejati sa praškom za pecivo i kakaom, dodati masi od jabuka, dobro izjednačiti masu i ostaviti da stoji oko 5 minuta. Još jednom dobro promešati, izliti u kalup (12x23 cm) obložen papirom za pečenje i peći u unapred zagrejanoj rerni, na 180˚C, 15-18 minuta. Služiti blago ohlađeno uz čaj.

Ingredients:
150 grams grated apple
10 grams unsweetened cocoa (2 levelled tablespoons)
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
80 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Peel and grate a medium sized apple to get 150 grams of grated apple. Add the lemon juice, vanilla and cinnamon, and combine well. Pour in the honey, mix well with a wooden spoon; and the egg and mix again. Sift the flour with the cocoa and baking powder, add it to the apple batter, mix well and let it stand for about 5 minutes. After that, mix again and pour it into a baking tin (12x23 cm; 9x5 inches) lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven, at 180˚C (350˚F), for 15-18 minutes. Serve warm with tea.

  1. Ovako nešto obožavam, čim su jabuke u kombinaciji! Vidim već da je sočno i prefino, sama često radim sličan kolač i divan je!
