250 gr Graham brašna
150 gr šećera
100 gr maslaca
180 ml jogurta
4 ravne kašike nezaslađenog kakao praha
2 kašičice praška za pecivo
2 jaja
1 kašičica cimeta
1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile

Brašno prosejati dva puta sa praškom za pecivo i kakao prahom, pa ostaviti sa strane.
Omekšali maslac penasto umutiti sa šećerom, pa u to dodati jedno po jedno jaje, dobro muteći nakon svakog.
Nakon što se masa sjedinila, dodati brašnasti miks, a zatim i jogurt, vanilu i cimet, neprestano muteći.
Malom kašikom za sladoled zahvatati masu i ređati na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje (dobije se 28 keksića).
Peći keksiće u unapred zagrejanoj rerni, na 190˚C, 8-10 minuta, ne više.
CHOCOLATE–YOGURT COOKIES
You will need:
250 grams Graham flour
150 grams sugar
100 grams butter
180 ml yogurt
4 levelled tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift the flour twice with the cocoa powder and baking powder, and set aside.
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until light and fluffy, and then add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
When the eggs are well incorporated, add the flour mixture, along with the yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon, and blend well.
Using a small ice–cream scoop (or a cookie scoop), take out portions of the cookie batter and arrange them on the cookie sheet, lined with baking paper (you will get 28 of them).
Bake in a preheated oven, at 190˚C (375˚F), for 8–10 minutes.

ReplyDeleteČesto radiš jako lijepe kekse pa mi se i ovi sviđaju. S kakaom su pa sam skroz subjektivna, odmah znam da su fini :D
