CHOCOLATE TEA COOKIES

Potrebno je:
350 gr brašna
100 gr šećera
60 gr maslaca
40 gr tamnog kakao praha
75 ml (5 kašika) ulja
75 ml (5 kašika) mleka
2 jaja
2 kašičice praška za pecivo
2 kašičice vanile
Omekšali maslac mutiti sa vanilom i šećerom par minuta, dok ne postane penast, pa dodati jedno po jedno jaje, dobro muteći mikserom nakon svakog.
Prosejati kakao prah, dodati ga u masu od maslaca i jaja, pa dobro umutiti.
Uliti ulje pa dobro promešati varjačom ili spatulom, a zatim uliti i mleko, pa promešati ponovo da se dobro sjedini i postane kremasto.
Brašno prosejati sa praškom za pecivo, sipati u prethodnu masu i dobro sjediniti (najpre varjačom, a zatim rukama), da se dobije mekano testo.
Kašikom vaditi masu i oblikovati u kuglice (ja sam koristila malu kašiku za sladoled i dobila tačno 30 keksića), ređati ih na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i lagano ih spoljštiti.
Viljuškom utisnuti unakrsne šare, te peći keksiće u unapred zagrejanoj rerni, na 180˚C, 10-12 minuta (moji su bili gotovi nakon 10 min).
Služiti uz omiljeni čaj ili kafu.
CHOCOLATE TEA COOKIES
You will need:
350 grams flour
100 grams sugar
60 grams butter
40 grams dark cocoa powder
75 ml (5 tablespoons) vegetable oil
75 ml (5 tablespoons) milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Beat the softened butter , vanilla and sugar for a few minutes, until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating really well after each.
Sift the cocoa powder, add it to the butter batter, and beat until completely smooth.
Switch to a wooden spoon or a spatula, pour in the oil and blend really well, then do the same with the milk.
Sift the flour and baking powder, add it to the cocoa batter and blend it first with a wooden spoon, then with your hands.
Using a small cookie scoop (1 tablespoon), take out portions of dough, roll into balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper (I got 30 of them).
Gently flatten the top of each cookie, then use a fork and press them into a cross-hatch pattern.
Bake them in a preheated oven, at 180˚C (350˚F), for 10-12 mintues (mine were done after exactly 10 minutes).
Serve with strong tea or coffee.
