Za kolač
300 gr brašna
200 ml jake crne kafe
200 gr crne čokolade
150 gr šećera
150 gr maslaca
100 gr kisele pavlake
50 ml svetlog ruma
2 kašike gorkog kakao praha
2 jaja
3 kašičice praška za pecivo
1 kašičica vanile
Za glazuru
100 gr mlečne čokolade
80 gr kisele pavlake

Za kolač, maslac i čokoladu otopiti na pari, pa ostaviti sa strane da se malo prohladi.
U drugoj posudi, laganim mešanjem sjediniti kiselu pavlaku i jaja, dodati šećer, te ostaviti i to sa strane.
Brašno dva puta prosejati sa kakaom i praškom za pecivo.
U masu od pavlake i jaja postepeno dodavati malo otopljene čokolade, pa malo brašna, pa malo mešavine kafe i ruma, te ponovljati sve dok se ne potroši sve od sastojaka.

Dobro sjediniti sve, dno kalupa (23cm) obložiti papirom za pečenje, a stranice namastiti sa malo maslaca, izliti masu i peći u unapred zagrejanoj rerni, na 180˚C, 30-35 min (kod mene tačno 35 min).
Za glazuru, čokoladu otopiti, ostaviti malo da se prohladi, pa umešati kiselu pavlaku.
Ostaviti da se prohladi i bude gusta dovoljno da se može glazirati torta (staviti na par minuta u frižider, ako se ne steže dovoljno brzo).
Dekorisati prohlađen kolač, ostaviti ga na hladnom par sati, a zatim služiti uz šlag.

COFFEE MUD CAKE
You will need:

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the cake, melt the chocolate and butter (in a double boiler or in the microwave), and set it aside to cool.
In another bowl, slowly whisk together the sour cream and eggs, the add the sugar, and set it aside.
Sift the flour twice with the cocoa powder and baking powder.
To the egg and sour cream mixture, add a bit of the melted chocolate, then a bit of flour mixture, then a bit of coffee and rum mixture, and repeat until you use up all the ingredients.
Blend well, pour the batter into a prepared (23 cm/ 9") pan (bottom lined with baking paper, sides lightly greased) and bake in a preheated oven, at 180˚C, for 30-35 min (mine was done after 35 min).
For the glaze, melt the chocolate (in a double boiler or in the microwave), leave it to cool slightly, then stir in the sour cream, mix well and leave it to cool and thicken up enough to glaze the cake (you can leave it in the fridge for a few minutes, to speed up the process).
Decorate the cooled cake and leave it to cool down to room temperature, then serve with whipped cream.
