200 gr pšeničnog brašna
200 gr kukuruznog brašna
200 ml kisele vode
150 ml ulja
150 ml mleka
100 gr sira
50 gr kajmaka
2 jaja
1 kesica praška za pecivo
1 kašičica soli
Pšenično brašno prosejati sa praškom za pecivo, dodati mu so i kukuruzno brašno, pa dobro promešati žicom za mućenje.
U drugoj posudi dobro umutiti sir i kajmak, ubaciti jaja i sjediniti.
Uliti mleko i ulje u masu od sira, pa ponovo sjediniti.
Masu od sira preliti preko brašna, dobro promešati varjačom, pa uz lagano dolivanje kisele vode, napraviti ređe testo.
Sipati u pripremljene kalupe (16 projica) i peći oko 30ak minuta u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni, na 180°C.
Služiti toplo, uz jogurt i salatu po želji.

RICH CORN BREAD WITH CHEESE
You will need:
200 gr all purpose flour
200 gr corn meal
200 ml sparkling mineral water
150 ml oil
150 ml milk
100 gr cottage cheese
50 gr kajmak
2 eggs
10 grams of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Sift the all purpose flour with the baking powder, add salt and corn meal and whisk really well with a wire whisk.
In another bowl, beat well the cheese and kajmak, add eggs and combine well.
To that, add milk and oil and whisk again.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and make the batter, slowly adding the sparkling water.
It will be like a cake batter, but thicker.
Fill the prepared muffin cases (this batter yields 16 regular-sized muffins), and bake, in a preheated oven, at 180°C, for about 30 minutes.
Serve warm, with yogurt and a salad of your choice.
