1,5 kašika mlevene kafe
60 gr margarina
200 ml tople vode
2 kašike meda
100 gr šećera
230 gr brašna
3 kesice vanil šećera
1 kesica praška za pecivo
150 ml mleka
1 jaje
2 kašike kakao praha
Na mom šporetu skala je od 1 do 6, ja sam startovala sa 4. Kada provri, smanjiti na tihu vatru (2, u mom slučaju) i kuvati nekih 5-7 minuta. Ne pomerati se, jer je vrlo verovatno da može da iskipi.
Ostaviti da se fino ohladi i povremeno promešati.
U međuvremenu prosejte brašno sa kakaom i pzp, tome dodajte vanil šećer i umutite jaje sa mlekom.
U hladan sirup stavite mix brašna i jaje i promešajte da se sve spoji.Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni (na 180) nekih 20ak minuta.

COFFEE MUFFINS
You will need:
1.5 tablespoons of ground coffee
60 grams margarine
200 ml hot water
2 tablespoons honey
100 grams sugar
230 grams of flour
30 grams of vanilla scented sugar
10 grams of baking powder
150 ml milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
First, make the syrup by combining the ground coffee, margarine, water, honey and sugar and placing them in a heavy bottom sauce pan and putting it on medium temperature.
When it boils, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Don't leave the stove while cooking the syrup, because there's a good possibility it will burn or boil over.
Set aside to cool and stir occasionally. Meanwhile, sift together flour with cocoa and baking powder, add the sugars, and in another bowl beat the egg with milk. Mix in the flour mix in the cold syrup, add the egg mixture and mix it all together.
The batter is enough for 12 muffins, filled up 3/4 of the way.
Bake in preheated oven (at 180ºC) for about 20 minutes.
